Michelle Hodgden

I’ve been on the founding team of two fast-growing tech startups and have seen firsthand how the dynamics change as companies scale. I’ve led operations through rapid hiring, product pivots, layoffs, and leadership transitions, building systems and cultures that hold through both growth and uncertainty.

 

As an ICF-certified coach with deep operational experience, I partner with founders to develop strong leaders, align teams, and build foundations that support growth without burning people out.
